Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how King to Ace ("we", "us") handles information when you visit https://kingtoace.com (the "Site"). We keep data collection to a minimum.

Information stored on your device

Our games save your settings, game statistics (such as games played and won, best times and win streaks) and your current game in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or other personal details to play. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and to keep the Site running reliably.

Advertising and cookies

We show ads to keep the Site free. Ads are served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. These cookies and the data they collect are handled by Google and its partners under their own privacy policies, not by us.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies at www.aboutads.info.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) to ask for your consent before cookies or similar identifiers are used for personalized ads. You can change your choice later through the privacy and cookie settings option offered by that consent message, or by clearing your browser's cookies.

US state privacy laws. Where laws such as the CCPA/CPRA give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, you can use the privacy choices message provided by Google on the Site, or Google's Ads Settings above. You can also use a browser setting or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are popular and how the Site performs. It is cookieless: it does not use cookies or local storage, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. It receives standard request data such as the page visited, referrer, browser and country. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to request access to or deletion of personal information about you, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not hold personal information about you beyond any emails you send us, but to make a request, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
